February 2024 Talk & upcoming Dems

Clonakilty Flower Club will hold their February night on Monday 12th February, 2024, when Klaus Laitenberger will give a talk on Organic Gardening. 
Club Demonstrations will be held on 11 March 2024 & 8 April 2024. 
Our annual gala will be held on 13th May 2024.

December 2023 Demonstration

Clonakilty Flower Club will hold their December night on Monday 4th December, 2023 at 8pm at the GAA Complex, Ahamilla, Clonakilty, when Eileen O'Brien of A.O.I.F.A will be our demonstrator. We will have our usual raffle. 
There will be an open Mini Christmas Show on that day. Contact the club for details.

October 2023 Demonstration

Clonakilty Flower Club will hold their October night on Monday 9th October, 2023 at 8pm at the GAA Complex, Ahamilla, Clonakilty, when Sandra Jackson of A.O.I.F.A will be our demonstrator. We will have our usual competitions and raffle. 
The competition details are as follows:
  • Beginners: 'Autumn Glory'. An Exhibit. Space allowed 50cm
  • Intermediate: 'Shades of Autumn'. A Foliage Exhibit. Space allowed 60cm
  • Advanced: 'Fáilte'. A sustainable Autumn Wreath without floral foam. Space allowed 60cm
  • Horticulture: 4 Garden flowers (different)
  • 2 Stems of berried Shrubs
